What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers.

Payments
Online payments collected via Credit Card are handled and managed via a third party payment provider “Stripe”. Credit Card details are not stored, processed or held on our systems and are wholly managed via Stripe.

Comments
Yik Yak Creative is not responsible or liable for any comments made by external parties on websites, social media networks or other online platforms used by Yik Yak Creative to communicate or broadcast marketing and/or promotion material via public channels.
SPAM
Yik Yak Creative will not send electronic messages without permission of the recipient and complies with Australian Communications and Media Authority Australian Guidelines and Australian SPAM ACT 2003.
Permission from the recipient can be explicitly given by either filling in a form, ticking a box on a website, acknowledged over the phone or face to face.
Permission can also be inferred where you have knowingly and directly provide your address and it is reasonable for you to expect marketing from Yik Yak Creative.
If you do not wish to receive electronic communications from Yik Yak Creative you may unsubscribe at any time from the message you have received by either clicking a link to Unsubscribe or via reply with Unsubscribe in the subject line.
Your email address will be unsubscribed within 5 working days of receipt of your request.
Third Parties

Yik Yak Creative will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
